Love and Muddy Puddles
Crazy twins, a grumpy horse, and a boy next door.
In all the chaos of her family's move to the country, how will Coco find out who her real friends are?
_______________________________
Thirteen year old fashionista Coco Franks has finally made it into the popular group when her dad decides to move the whole family to live on a farm so they can 'bond'.
Social death is looming, her shoes are covered in mud and all Coco wants to do is get herself back to her city friends.
After all, things can't get any worse, right?
It'll take a boy with no dress sense and totally hick boots, and a contrary horse called Cupcake to bring Coco to her senses.
But it might just be too little, too late.
If you love stories about twins, horses, the Aussie bush, or a girl who just can't figure stuff out even when it's right in front of her face, this is for you.

Reader Reviews
"Great for girls of all ages. This book is laugh-out-loud funny as Coco Franks goes from one of the "in" girls with perfect hair and clothes to a girl who has to move with her family to homestead while living in a shack."
"Beautiful story of a young girl's personal growth. Since there are plenty of reviews here that summarize the plot I won't go into it, other than to say this is a great story of a young girl's personal growth. So I'll gush about the writing instead, which is excellent."
"I highly recommend this book. It's awesome. I think it's the author's best work."
"AMAZING! This book is so original! Must stories like are about a teenage girl who's desperate to be popular and succeeds because she's GORGEOUS. However, in this book, a perfectly average girl who wants to be popular doesn't succeed but learns the true .meaning for friendship and family."
"An absolute amazing book!"
"This was a very cute and sassy story that was CLEAN!! I loved the range of emotions and everything this book covered. It was a very fun read and I have since shared it with my girls. I love it when I can share a book with my girls and not be afraid of the content. We had a lot of laughs and serious discussions about this book and the books that follow it. So all in all, it's a fun read. Thanks!"
"One of the funniest books I've read recently. The title may make this sound like a cheesy romance novel, but it's really not. Although there is a romance, it doesn't dominate the plot, and "love" in the title could just as easily refer to family love. The narrator is entertainingly bratty and superficial, but her character develops nicely, and the book doesn't glorify disrespect and rebellion. The book deals with issues of peer pressure and self-image in an enjoyable, appropriate and entertaining way. This is a YA novel that many adults will enjoy too. Lots of fun!"
"A great grandma loved this book. I found Coco and Charlie to be delightfully entertaining. It was refreshing to again read a book without drugs, alcohol, and cussing in my 80th year."
