Making. Dollshouse painting and stairs

It is soooo fun to paint the outside. I chose a muted grey-blue for the walls and I'm really pleased with it. Trimming will be cream and the roof a rusty sort of red.

I have also been experimenting with wood-grain papers. I felt unhappy with the stained staircase from a week or so ago, so spent an hour covering the stair treads and bannister with paper. I think they've come up pretty well. The wood is the same as the flooring will be, so it should tie in.
