Thoughts on forgiveness.

Who doesn't have someone (anyone!) to forgive? I battle, with the rest of the world, with holding grudges, being angry, feeling hurt and wanting to punish the people who've made me feel bad. 

But how do you do it? Don Miller says these things:

1. Grieve first.

2. Get angry and feel the pain.

3. Accept what has been done.

4. Then you're ready to forgive.
