The yummiest ever GFCF Oreo cookies

On a completely different note to yesterday, allow me to present the gluten free/dairy free Oreo-style cookies that I Made Myself and that, I am disappointed to say, I am having trouble not eating myself.

They come from this recipe over at realsustenance.com. I am so glad I have discovered this site. It is a wealth of knowledge with some incredible recipes. (We also like her grain-free naan bread. You know, until six months ago, I had no idea such thing as coconut flour even existed.)
