Autism. A book on brain injury.

I was lent this book this week, which was a good and easy read. I'm struggling to summarise it exactly, but suffice to say that it's along the lines of 'everything is connected'.

Specific movements can trigger brain connections and help improve things like language, coordination and even vision problems.

It's much like Brain Gym, which we did with Bright Eyes for a while when he was 5 and 6, and the HANDLE program, which we looked at for him when he was 3. If we were made of money, I'd still be pursuing this route.

Anyway, it's worth a good read and the principles would help children with all sorts of brain-related problems.
