Autism. Chocolate cake.

I have to say that this is the yummiest ever GF-CF chocolate cake I've ever had.

My lovely friend Monica, whose son is also on the diet gave me a packet mix from Coles. I sent it to school with Bright Eyes and he made it together with his aide and J, his little friend.

Thankfully, the children of the class had had enough sweet treats for a while, and the cake got sent home for me to enjoy!

If you're a GF-CF eater, definitely try it.
